Terms and Conditions:
Booking Policy: This rate is applying to all Nambians and SADC passport holders. Check in time: 14:00 pm; Check out time: 10:00am. Kindly note that we are not allowed walk-in guests and day visitors except event guests.
Payment Policy:
- In order to confirm a booking. All clients must pay 50% Non-Refundable Deposit;
- Full payment of booking within 15 days prior to Arrival/Check-in Date.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation must be in writing. No verbal cancellations of reservations are accepted. Cancellation fees are applicable to the entire length of stay and value of the booking.
If a booking is cancelled, the following cancellation fee is applicable:
– 50% Non-Refundable Deposit;
– If cancellated 16-30 days or less prior of arrival, 50% of the special rate is due;
– If cancelled 6-15 days or less prior to the date of arrival. 75% of the special rate is due;
– If cancelled 1-5 days or less prior to the date of arrival, the full amount is due.
